The Master in Economics is a new interuniversity degree taught by the University of Vigo (which acts as coordinator), the University of Santiago de Compostela and the University of A Coruña.
The existence of advanced studies in economics and business is a need of any modern society that intends to develop an economic activity that meets the needs of citizens, and provides welfare in a sustainable manner over time. Professionals with advanced training in the techniques, concepts, theories and methodologies of economic science and business are accurate in all sectors of the Galician economy.
The aim of this degree is to train professionals in economics and business with a high academic training that allows them to enter the professional life with a high qualification for strategic decision making or, if necessary, successfully face further doctorate studies.
